Commercial Building Inspection
A Commercial Building Inspection is similar a PCA, but performed according to CCPIA Commercial Standards of Practice. Whether a multifamily, hospitality, warehouse, or retail property, every commercial structure needs a building inspection from time to time.
The commercial building inspection can be performed before purchase, during occupation, or in preparation for sale of the property. The goal is to ensure the property is being maintained properly, to help reduce overall operating expenses, forecast unexpected expenditures, and protect both parties from legal claims.
